It is better to use small dumplings for the soup, given that they will increase in size when cooked.
Making dumpling soup
1. Put water on the fire.
2. While the water is boiling, you need to peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Finely chop the onion and carrots (as for frying).
3. Heat a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil in a frying pan.
4. During this time, the water will boil. Put the potatoes there and cook them for 10 minutes.
5. While the potatoes are still cooking, sauté the onions and carrots until golden brown.
6. After the potatoes have already boiled for 10 minutes, put salt, frying, bay leaf, pepper and dumplings into the pan.
7. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes (cooking time depends on the size and degree of freezing of the dumplings and can be increased or decreased by several minutes).
The dumpling soup is ready and ready to serve. Add green onions and dill to each serving.
