Milkshake "Good morning"
Unfortunately, not all children love regular milk, even though it must be in their diet. We get a lot of useful benefits from dairy products. Regarding my own “backbiters,” I found a good way to include the treasured milk in their menu. I just make milkshakes for them as a breakfast addition. I want to share one such recipe under the simple name “Good Morning”.

For the milkshake you will need (per serving):
- a glass of pasteurized milk;
- four tablespoons of sour cream;
- half a banana;
- three teaspoons of sugar;
- a small chocolate bar or chocolate candy.
We chop the banana as we please (you can, for example, cut it into circles).

Three chocolates on a grater.

Add sour cream and banana to the milk. Beat with a blender. Pour the resulting cocktail into a suitable container and lightly sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Children, as well as adults, will definitely love it!
