Fried champignons in crispy breading
Fried mushrooms are very tasty, and if they are also in a crispy breading, then even more so. These mushrooms are good as a hot appetizer or as an addition to a side dish. In any case, these mushrooms will not leave anyone indifferent. And to prepare them, all you need is a little time, some simple ingredients and the desire to treat yourself and your loved ones to a wonderful mushroom dish.
You need to take large champignons. The bigger the better. They need to be washed and dried on a paper towel. Then cut into slices approximately 3-4 mm thick.
Add a pinch of salt to the breadcrumbs. You can also add a little ground pepper if you wish. Break the egg into a cup and beat lightly.
Mushroom slices are dipped in egg and then coated in breading.
You need to fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. About a couple of minutes on each side.
It is better to use odorless vegetable oil so as not to interrupt the aroma of the mushrooms.
Fried mushrooms must be placed on paper napkins or a towel to remove excess fat.
Serve hot, with herbs, sour cream or sauce. Appetizing, golden, crispy fried champignons are sure to please all mushroom lovers.
