The juiciest kebab in boiling water - a secret from an Uzbek who knows his business
There are dozens of kebab marinades that can make its taste special and unusual. If regular barbecue is already boring, and you want to make the meat more juicy, and there is no time to infuse it in the marinade, then you can experiment and try marinating in boiling water. An Uzbek friend shared this wonderful recipe, for which I thank him very much.
What you will need:
- any soft meat;
- spices to your own taste or ready-made seasoning;
- salt;
- vegetable oil;
- boiling water.
The process of marinating shashlik in boiling water
The meat is cut into pieces as usual.
Then, in a separate container for the amount of meat used, you need to mix spices and salt.
Next, add boiling water and sunflower oil to the seasoning.
You will need approximately 100 ml of boiling water per 1 kg of meat, and 25 g of oil.
The prepared marinade is poured into the chopped meat and stirred quickly until it cools down. Due to the fact that the water is hot, it will be absorbed very well.
And after 3 hours the meat can be strung on skewers and fried.
This marinade will not allow you to get dry, tasteless kebab, even though marinating only takes a couple of hours. The taste of the kebab will be quite decent, despite the absence of onions.
