A delicious recipe for any fish
When preparing a fish fillet dinner, try this recipe. It will turn out juicy and very tasty. Even those who don’t like fish will like this dish.
Ingredients:
- boneless fish – 600 gr.;
- sour cream – 180 gr. + 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- onions – 1 pc.;
- grain mustard – 1 tsp;
- lavash – 2 pcs.;
- tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
- cheese – 50 gr.
Cooking process
180 g are mixed in a plate. sour cream, 1 egg, chopped onions and grain mustard. All this is seasoned to taste with ground black pepper.
Portioned salted pieces of fish fillet are rolled into a mixed dressing.
Then, several pieces of tomato and fish rolled in dressing are laid out on squares of pita bread measuring 25x25 cm.
A few teaspoons of the remaining sauce are added on top, and the pita bread is rolled into an envelope.
The envelopes with fish are laid out on a greased baking dish.
Separately, 1.5 tbsp is mixed in a plate. sour cream, 1 egg and 50 gr. grated hard cheese. All mixing, and the sauce is spread on top of the envelopes.
The mold is placed in the oven preheated to 180°C.
After 35 minutes, delicious fish in pita bread with a cheese crust is ready.
