A more delicious analogue of chebureks
Fans of belyash and chebureks should definitely try the pies prepared according to this recipe. The meat filling with tomato, herbs and cheese used in them will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients:
- flour – 300 gr.;
- water – 150 ml;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- rast. oil – 3 tbsp;
- chicken fillet;
- dill;
- tomato;
- cheese.
Cooking process
First of all, the dough is kneaded. For 300 gr. flour add 150 ml of water, salt, vegetable oil. Water is poured in portions, since its quantity depends on the flour; less or, on the contrary, more may be required.
The dough is kneaded and left to swell in the bag for 20 minutes.
The settled dough is rolled out into a thin pancake, as for pasties, and cut into 4 rectangles.
They are filled with filling: fried chicken fillet with spices, chopped dill, a couple of tomato slices and grated cheese.
The dough is folded in half and molded around the edges.
Then the pies are fried in boiling oil on both sides.
After frying, they are laid out on a paper towel to remove fat.
Extremely juicy pie!
