How to make a stove for working in a garage in just 1 hour
To heat your garage cheaply, you can make a stove that runs on waste. It will really help out if you have to service your car in winter. With it in the garage it will be warm, almost like in the house.
Materials:
- copper tube 6 mm;
- oil tank;
- fire extinguisher housing;
- computer cooler;
- pipe 50-70 mm;
- wire or fittings.
Furnace manufacturing process
It is necessary to cut 2 holes in the fire extinguisher for air supply and smoke exhaust. One is done at the bottom, the second on the opposite side from above.
A straight pipe 40-50 cm long is welded into the lower hole.
The chimney is welded on top. To do this, the pipes are cut at 45° and connected at right angles.
Weld the mount for the recycling tank to the air supply channel. It is a piece of tube with legs made of wire or fittings.
Closer to the fire extinguisher, a hole is drilled in the air pipe for the fuel supply. A copper tube is inserted into it. It needs to be bent and routed to the fastening to connect it to the tank.
A cooler is connected to the stove, preferably 3 pieces, an ignited rag soaked in diesel fuel is thrown into the fire extinguisher through the neck, then the waste is poured into the tank. As a result, the oil will burn.
When first started, the stove will smoke heavily until the paint on the fire extinguisher burns off. When this happens, the legs can be welded to it.
