How to make a simple 5000 mAh Power Bank from a syringe
Making a Power Bank with a capacity of 5000 mAh is very simple. Everything will take no more than 15 minutes. The body is made of a disposable syringe, and the filling is an updated 18650 series battery with increased capacity and a new power bank converter module that does not require shutdown.
You will need:
- Battery 18650 5000 mAh - http://alii.pub/5naxfr
- Module 134N3P - http://alii.pub/5naxgj
- Syringe 20 ml.
Making a simple DIY Power Bank
We cut off the tip of the syringe with a stationery knife. To avoid soldering to both sides of the battery, use a utility knife to scrape off the insulation. We tinker with a soldering iron. We solder the wires to the module. We cut to the minimum and deserve it. Next, solder it to the battery, observing polarity. To be safe, we isolate it. We cut the shank of the syringe to size. We remove burrs and irregularities with sandpaper. Install the battery with the module inside. Instead of a lid, fill the voids with hot glue. The power bank is ready. We charge it via mini USB. After charging, you can take the Power Bank with you. It's just enough to fully charge your phone. As already mentioned: the new module does not need to be disconnected from the battery, since in idle mode it consumes only 8 μA, which is very, very negligible.Watch the video
