Pasta recipe with Feta cheese - even a child can prepare it
Today I would like to share a recipe for those who want to please their beloved half with a pleasant taste. Of course, this dish can become a classic dinner option in your family, because it is really tasty. Below we will talk about pasta with Feta cheese. Due to the special salty taste of the cheese, the pasta comes out with a special piquant note. Another advantage of the recipe is the speed of preparation, since it does not exceed one hour, and given the simplicity of the recipe, even a child can handle the preparation. I suggest not to waste that very time, but to start the cooking process as soon as possible!
Ingredients:
- - 250 g Feta cheese;
- - 100 g dry pasta;
- - 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - Provençal herbs, pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation
1. Place a block of cheese on the bottom of a heat-resistant dish. Place the washed cherry tomatoes in the bowl with the cheese. They may swell during baking, so prick them with a fork before cooking. This way they will bake evenly and not puff up. Place garlic pressed through a press on top of the cheese and tomatoes. Cherries can be sprinkled with a small amount of oil.Add Provençal herbs, pepper or other spices to taste.
2. We send the cheese to 180 degrees. into the oven for 20-25 minutes. This time is enough for the cheese to soften and the tomatoes to become tender. At the same time, boil salted water for the pasta. Boil it for about 1 minute less than the manufacturer recommends.
3. Take out the cheese and tomatoes, turn them into puree using a fork. Now we send the pasta there, mix and put in the oven for literally 1-2 minutes.
Decorate the finished pasta with herbs and serve it hot to the table.
