How to deliciously fry porcini mushrooms in a frying pan
Fresh porcini mushrooms fried in a frying pan with onions make not only a tasty, but also a filling dish, despite the low calorie content. These fresh mushrooms can easily be prepared as an independent hot or cold dish.
Ingredients
You will need for the recipe:- porcini mushrooms (fresh) – 0.4 kg.,
- onion – 1 medium head,
- frying oil – 35 ml.,
- ground pepper - a pinch,
- salt - to taste,
- greens for serving (any) – a bunch.
Step-by-step instructions for cooking porcini mushrooms in a frying pan with photos:
1. Remove forest debris from the mushrooms and rinse thoroughly.
2. Place the peeled mushrooms in a suitable container and fill with water. Cook in boiling water for a quarter of an hour, periodically removing the foam with a slotted spoon.
3. Then put it on a large sieve and let the remaining liquid drain.
4. Divide large caps in half, cut the stems into small pieces.
5. Chop the peeled onion into medium half rings.
6. Fry it in boiling oil in a frying pan until soft.
7. Next, add the prepared mushrooms into the pan.
8. Stir and fry the mushrooms and onions until tender, about 12-15 minutes.At the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to your taste.
9. Place the finished mushrooms on a plate and decorate with herbs at your discretion. Serve as a separate appetizer. Fried mushrooms can also be a good addition to potatoes or any other side dish.
