Fun pasta
I like to cook “non-separate” main courses, that is, those that do not consist separately of a meat or fish component and a side dish. I offer a recipe for a second course, which includes pasta, vegetables and sausage.
Separately cook the pasta (400 grams of pasta).
Cut one carrot and one onion into small cubes. You can take two pieces if the vegetables are small.

Sausage, either boiled or smoked (150-200 grams), again cut into small cubes.

First fry the carrots in a frying pan in sunflower oil for about 5 minutes, then add the onion and sausage. Fry for another 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Then add a spoon or two of tomato puree to the vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Then put the pasta, cooked and washed under cold water, into the frying pan with the vegetables. Mix everything well, add salt and pepper to taste, cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.

Thus, we got “red” pasta with a spicy smoked taste (if the sausage was smoked). Everyday pasta has turned into bright and tasty! Bon appetit!
