Pink salmon soup - a very quick and easy recipe for a delicious soup
If you want to make a light but nutritious soup, then opt for fish soup. You can make fish soup from any part of the carcass. Often these are the head, tail and fins. It is best to use red fish, such as pink salmon. It is best to use the main part of the fish for salting or frying. Be sure to remove the gills from the head, because all the debris collects in them. Ingredients:
- pink salmon head - 1 piece;
- pink salmon tail - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 3 pieces;
- onion - 1 piece;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- water - 3 liters;
- salt - 1 gram;
- Unrefined sunflower oil - 4 tablespoons.
Recipe for making quick pink salmon soup
Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put on fire. Clean and rinse the fish parts thoroughly. Place the fish in boiling water.
