Chicken is one of the common types of meat that housewives use to prepare various dishes. Poultry makes excellent soups, roasts, pies, cutlets, salads and snacks. There is another way to cook chicken meat, which can be stored for as long as 12 months.

Ingredients:

  • 4 kg. chicken meat (wings, legs, thighs);
  • paper towels;
  • 4 tsp salt;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • paprika to taste;
  • 4 tbsp. vinegar 9%.

Additionally:

  • 4 onions;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 5 liter jars with lids.

Cooking chicken stew without an autoclave

Rinse chicken thighs, wings and legs, then place on paper towels and dry.

Place the meat in a deep container and season with salt evenly.

Add pepper, paprika and vinegar. Mix the chicken well so that all parts are coated with the spices.

Chop the onion into rings and place in a clean plate. Finely chop the parsley and add to the onion. Add salt to the dressing and stir.

Prepare clean jars no larger than one liter. Place chopped onions and herbs on the bottom of the jar, and chicken meat on top.

Repeat layers until the container is filled to the top. Close the jars of chicken with lids tightly.

Place a towel or piece of cloth on the bottom of a large pan. This is necessary to ensure that the jars do not burst during the boiling process. Place the jars on top of the fabric and fill them with water so that they are completely hidden under it.

Cover the pan with a lid and bring the water to a boil. After this, cook over low heat for about 5-6 hours. After cooking, do not immediately remove the jars; wait until they cool completely.

During the cooking process, the meat releases its own juice, which turns into jelly when it hardens. The chicken stew turns out juicy and soft.

The snack can be stored for a whole year at a temperature not exceeding 10 degrees.

      never funny
      Spores die after 45 minutes at a temperature of 120°C - do you think they invented an autoclave?
      By the way, homemade mushrooms are often poisoned not because a poisonous mushroom has entered, but because botulinum toxin has been formed - a waste product of clostridia.
      Fortunately, the toxin itself is quickly destroyed when heated to 75°C - homemade preparations that have not been through an autoclave cannot be consumed without heat treatment after opening.
