Curd cookies
Curd pastries have a special taste and can be said to be always popular. This simple treat is great for kids. Cottage cheese cookies are not very sweet, they have few calories, so those who are not used to pampering themselves with baked goods should also appreciate them.
To bake cottage cheese cookies, you need:
4 eggs
2 packs of cottage cheese
Glass of granulated sugar
A glass of flour
Teaspoon of soda
Powdered sugar for dusting
Grind one part of the cottage cheese with the eggs. We set aside the other part for the filling.
Add half a glass of sugar to the egg-curd mass. Stir thoroughly.
We send the soda there too.
And finally, use flour to knead the dough.
This is how the dough turns out. We put it aside and prepare the filling.
To do this, mix sugar and the rest of the cottage cheese.
Knead the dough, adding a little more flour.
Roll it out into a layer and grease it with curd filling.
Then we roll it into a roll.
Cut the roll into pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in the oven until cooked, baking temperature – 200 degrees. Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
