"Witch's Fingers" - preparing cookies for Halloween
Delicate shortbread cookies with vanilla flavor and almond nuts turn into scary “Witch Fingers” during Halloween. And really, why not scare or make your loved ones laugh?
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Now you can add the egg.
3. When the mass is twisted again with the mixer, sift half a portion of flour, baking powder, and vanillin into it.
4. And again the mixer is turned on to mix all the ingredients.
5. Add the rest of the flour and knead the mixture by hand.
6. Pack the shortbread dough in a bag and place it on the refrigerator shelf.
7. Meanwhile, prepare the almonds - pour boiling water over them for a few minutes.
8. Now the skin will come off easily.
9.After half an hour, pinch off a small piece from the mixture and pull it into a sausage. Shape the phalanges of the fingers, make a notch for the nail.
10. Mark the folds with a knife, grease the nail cavity with melted chocolate and insert almonds there.
11. Place cocoa on an art brush and paint on the shadows.
12. Place Witch Fingers on a lined baking sheet.
13. At 180 degrees in the “top-bottom” mode, bake the pieces for 20 minutes.
14. Place cookies on a cooling rack.
