Homemade oatmeal cookies
On a cool and frosty day, you especially want warmth and comfort. Homemade oatmeal cookies with seeds are perhaps the most delicious of those that you can prepare at home without having any special culinary talent. This pastry always turns out delicious, especially if you cook it in a good mood and with soul! The minimum number of ingredients and ease of preparation cannot but rejoice. Having tried to cook it now, you will forever love this incredibly tasty cookie, and you will cook it for your family again and again.
Compound:
- 1 glass (200 g, faceted) premium flour;
- sweet cream cow butter – 200 g;
- 3 cups ground oatmeal;
- baking soda (quench with vinegar) – 0.5 tsp;
- sugar – about 0.5 cups;
- 2 large eggs + yolk for greasing;
- seeds for decorating cookies.
Preparation:
1. Grind “Uvelka” oat flakes in a coffee grinder or food processor. Pour the ground mixture into a pan for kneading dough.
2. Divide the cold butter into small cubes and add to the oatmeal.
3.Next, add sugar.
4. Be sure to sequentially add flour sifted through a sieve mug.
5. Break eggs into the dough in the quantity indicated above.
6. Quench the tea soda with table vinegar and pour it into the rest of the ingredients.
7.Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon. The mass will look like a very thick viscous dough.
8. Grease a baking tray with any odorless oil and carefully place the cookies with a tablespoon dipped in hot water. Be sure to leave a small distance between them. Brush with yolk alternately and decorate with seeds. During the baking process, the dough expands perfectly and the cookies turn out fluffy.
9.Place baking in a preheated oven (175 degrees). Once the cookies are bright golden brown (17-20 minutes), remove and cool.
