Panna cotta with orange juice and chocolate
This milk dessert, originally from Italy, will help you out in any situation - be it someone’s name day, New Year, or just a get-together with girlfriends. Knowing the basic rules for its preparation, you can experiment endlessly and each time create a new culinary masterpiece that will never be similar to the previous one. The highlight of this dish is also that despite the relative ease of preparation, the dessert turns out very beautiful. It seems that the hostess has been conjuring him for a very long time, although this is not the case. In order to create such beauty you need to take:
- 1 glass of orange juice,
- 1 glass of sour cream,
- 1 bar of dark chocolate,
- 3 tablespoons of sugar,
- 2 tablespoons (without slides) of gelatin.
Pour half the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold boiled water and leave for literally 2-3 minutes. This time is enough for the gelatin to absorb all the water.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and diluted gelatin to the sour cream. Place on the stove and over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has completely dissolved. This usually takes no more than 3-4 minutes.Do not keep sour cream on the fire for a long time, otherwise it will turn into cottage cheese.
Fill the prepared glasses with sour cream about a quarter full. Place in the refrigerator to harden. You can forget about the dish for 2-3 hours.
Repeat the same steps, only with orange juice. Add 1 spoon of sugar to the juice, although if your family has a sweet tooth, you can add a little more.
If the sour cream in the glasses has already frozen, pour the juice with gelatin on it and put it in the refrigerator again for approximately the same time.
After 3 hours, remove the glasses from the refrigerator. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle it on top of the dessert. Now you can enjoy the taste.
