How to fry a soft-boiled egg without water in a frying pan

Many people like to eat a soft-boiled egg in the morning. But how inconvenient and time-consuming it is to cook them: first pour water, then wait for it to boil (the most time-consuming), boil the egg, carefully remove the shell from above... Let me suggest a method that is much faster, and maybe even tastier.
Let's try cooking a soft-boiled egg in a frying pan. Yes, yes, it is in a frying pan and not to cook, but to fry. Now you will see everything for yourself.
Simply fry a soft-boiled egg
Pour a little sunflower oil into the frying pan and distribute it throughout the frying pan, heating it at the same time.

Carefully, without touching the yolk, break the egg and pour the contents into the frying pan. At the same time, keep the shell as close to the pan as possible so that the contents do not spread too much - we don’t want this.

As soon as the protein begins to turn white, we slip a spatula under it, thereby preventing it from sticking. Although the frying pan is non-stick and there is oil, it is still better to do this so that nothing sticks.

After about a minute, the white will set well, then take the whole egg with a spatula and carefully flip it like a pancake.

Also, a little later we “screw” under it with a spatula.

And in a minute you can remove and serve.

Salt and pepper to taste.

The yolk seems to be “sealed” inside and flows out only when cut.

Advice: There is no need to cover the pan with a lid throughout the cooking process.
Agree that eating such an egg is much more convenient. You can even put it on a sandwich.
