One secret how to fry herring incredibly tasty and juicy
Herring has been a popular sea fish for many centuries. In terms of the content of useful substances, herring can be compared with such delicious fish species as salmon and halibut. 100 g of herring meat contains the same amount of omega-3 fatty acids as the meat of noble salmon. It is enough to eat 100 g of herring to get the daily requirement of omega-3. These substances are necessary for normal tissue growth, the formation of cell membranes, and the functioning of the brain and central nervous system depends on them. Despite the fact that herring is most often eaten salted, it can be fried or baked.
To prepare two servings of fried herring you will need:
1. Thaw the herring at room temperature. Cut off the head, remove all the entrails and rinse well. To avoid loss of beneficial fish oil, do not fillet the herring for frying.
2.Salt the resulting fish carcasses on top and inside, roll them in flour.
3. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the fish until golden brown on one side and the other.
