How to Make Crispy Potato Curls
This appetizer perfectly combines simplicity, budget and taste. Crispy, delicious potato curls with a cheesy taste will please anyone and will not leave anyone indifferent. Just the sight of it makes your mouth water. Everything is prepared quickly, there are no difficulties.
Boil the potatoes, peel them, mash them with a potato masher.
Break the egg in a separate bowl and mix until the yolk and white are homogeneous.
Add to mashed potatoes: starch, cheese powder, milk, pepper, salt.
Next, pour in the mixed egg and mix everything until smooth.
Place the resulting mass in a pastry bag or plastic bag.

Fry on one side, then turn over.
