How to easily marinate champignons and enjoy a great appetizer

Champignons are everyone’s favorite mushrooms, which are used in cooking raw, fried, and pickled.

Mushrooms have the following beneficial properties:

To prepare we will need:

  • - mushrooms 500g.
  • - water 50ml.
  • - apple cider vinegar 50ml.
  • - vegetable oil 50ml.
  • - sugar 2 tsp.
  • - salt 2 tsp.
  • - garlic 8 cloves
  • - peppercorns 5 pcs.
  • - bay leaf 3 pcs.

We marinate champignons in the fastest way

Wash, peel and chop the mushrooms.

Place all products in a saucepan.

Place the pan on the fire and let it boil; after boiling, wait another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, transfer the mushrooms to a jar, and after an hour we enjoy the delicious mushrooms.
