How to easily marinate champignons and enjoy a great appetizer
Champignons are everyone’s favorite mushrooms, which are used in cooking raw, fried, and pickled.
Mushrooms have the following beneficial properties:- - increased appetite;

To prepare we will need:
- - mushrooms 500g.
- - water 50ml.
- - apple cider vinegar 50ml.
- - vegetable oil 50ml.
- - sugar 2 tsp.
- - salt 2 tsp.
- - garlic 8 cloves
- - peppercorns 5 pcs.
- - bay leaf 3 pcs.
We marinate champignons in the fastest way
Wash, peel and chop the mushrooms.
Place all products in a saucepan.
Place the pan on the fire and let it boil; after boiling, wait another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, transfer the mushrooms to a jar, and after an hour we enjoy the delicious mushrooms.
