This sounds impressive, but are such devices practical?

What a 3 in 1 device can do
For the average user, argon welding is not necessary. Therefore, to reduce the cost, the device is usually sold without a special sleeve. It can be purchased separately.
A welding sleeve with powder coated wire can be connected to the welding. This allows you to avoid using carbon dioxide at all. The device does not even provide the ability to connect such a cylinder.
Naturally, the device has adjustment wheels, as in conventional welding, as well as the ability to switch modes for different wire diameters.
Welding with flux-cored wire is performed with very high quality. The device does not spit molten metal, as happens with ordinary cheap semi-automatic machines. In addition, slag does not stick to the nozzle. All carbon deposits can be easily wiped off with a rag.
You can also install a holder for electrode welding and use the device as a regular welding machine. That is, welding thick-walled metal is also not a problem.
Thus, even if you do not use argon welding, a 3-in-1 machine will still be more useful for the average user than a conventional electrode or semi-automatic one. You can cook anything with it, without the need to refill the cylinder.
