The console manufacturing process

It is necessary to cut a plate from sheet steel, the same width as the body of the angle grinder.

It needs to be drilled in the center.

This is necessary to screw the plate to the standard hole on the grinder for the removable handle.

Next, you will need to cut 2 pieces from the strip for the side fastening of the table.

They are drilled in the center. Then the strips are screwed to the side holes for the handle in the body of the angle grinder.

They need to be joined to the previously screwed plate and welded to it.

On the other side, a thrust table is welded. To position it correctly, you need to install a flap wheel or other desired abrasive on the grinder.

After this, a longer strip is welded to the first plate, along the edges of which mounting holes are made.

The attachment with angle grinder is screwed to the wall.

We get an excellent sharpening machine. When the grinder is needed for other tasks, it can be removed in less than a minute.
