Homemade sausage in a PET bottle, a delicious recipe at minimal cost
It's easy to make homemade sausage without much effort. This requires a few basic ingredients and a little time. The process is simple, even a novice housewife can handle it. The finished product can be cut into slices and placed on bread. Or you can chop it into strips and add it to any meat salad. There are many use cases. One recipe!
Required:
- salt;
- 1 onion;
- Bay leaf;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 raw beets;
- 2 kg. chicken meat;
- 40 gr. gelatin;
- to taste: red and black pepper;
- plastic bottle.
We prepare sausage from natural products:
Pour clean water into the pan, lower the whole onion, carrots, bay leaf and add salt. Rinse the chicken, divide into pieces and add to the ingredients. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 2-3 hours.
Remove the vegetables and separate the meat from the bones.
Strain the broth through a sieve, you need 300 ml. Gradually add gelatin and stir quickly.
Grate the beets. Using a garlic press, squeeze out 2 tbsp. beet juice.
In a deep bowl, combine the cooked ingredients, broth and juice.Add the remaining spices and blend in a blender until smooth.
Cut off the neck of the bottle and pour in the resulting mass. Tap lightly to release excess air. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, cut the plastic and remove the sausage. Use it for sandwiches or snacks.
