No oven and no yeast. Multilayer meat envelopes made from flour and minced meat, juicier than chebureks
Especially for those who don’t like to stand at the stove for hours, frying and baking, there is an original recipe. To implement it, you need flour, minced meat and several other products. The taste of this snack is pleasantly surprising and memorable. And no oven or yeast.
Required:
for test:
- 300 gr. (2 cups of flour;
- 3 gr. salt;
- 190 ml. water;
For filling:
- 450 gr. minced meat;
- your favorite seasonings, in this example we use: black pepper; half tsp salt; 15 ml. soy sauce; 8 ml. oyster sauce; 5 gr. ginger;
- 100 gr. green onions;
- 15 ml. vegetable oil.
Cooking juicy meat envelopes
Combine flour and salt in a cup, pour in water. Stir with a spoon, then knead with your hand. Cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Knead again until smooth, let stand for half an hour.
Place the meat on a plate, salt and pepper, add two types of sauce and ginger. Mix thoroughly.
Add chopped onion and oil.
Place the dough on the table and divide into 4 equal pieces.
Roll each into a large round sheet.
Make a cut from the edge to the center, distribute the filling into 3/4 parts.
Fold in half, then twice more. Seal the edges and release excess air.
Roll out lightly with a rolling pin and transfer to a hot frying pan sprinkled with oil. Cover with a lid and fry on both sides until golden.
The baked goods will be juicy and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. If necessary, pat the pies dry with paper towels. Watch the cooking video.
