Peonies made of satin ribbons
Wonderful peonies in the composition will help decorate the interior of the room, curtains, and they can also be used as hairpins or to decorate a child’s headband.
They are made from satin ribbons of matching colors, 2.5 cm wide.
For the flowers I use yellow ribbons, for the center part I use champagne ribbons, and the outer petals are made of peach and champagne ribbons.
Making the middle.
For this part of the composition it is necessary to use tweezers with thin ends.
Cut the yellow ribbon into pieces 6 cm long.
For a large flower, 22 parts are used, for a medium bud - 7, and for a small bud - 3.
We clamp the edge with tweezers and twist the piece into a tight tube, grease the edge with glue and secure it.
We make all the tubes this way. Next, we glue them together in the appropriate quantity until a cylindrical part is formed.
Peony petals.
To make center petals, you need to cut the ribbon into pieces 4.5 cm long. For a large flower, 27 petals are needed, for a medium one - 20 and for a small one - 10.
To make one such petal, you need to cut one edge in a semicircle.
We process the opposite edge over a candle flame and form waves with our fingers. Next, you need to make a fold on the opposite side, fix it with tweezers and secure it over the fire.
To make the main petals, you will need pieces of tape 6 cm long. One edge of the tape needs to be cut in a semicircle and processed over the fire so that it curls inward. We make a fold on the opposite side and secure it over the fire.
For a large flower we use approximately 50 petals, for a medium one - 14, and for a small one - 7.
Flower assembly
Once all the petals are ready, you can start assembling the flowers.
In the middle of the blank made of yellow tubes, drop a little glue and begin gluing the wavy petals in three rows.
Next, we glue the outer petals in three rows, forming three-dimensional flowers.

Leaves.
For the leaves you will need a green ribbon 2, 5 and 5 cm wide.
One piece 13 cm long needs to be folded in half and cut diagonally.
We fix the resulting cut over the fire and turn it inside out.
On the back side of the flower we glue several leaves.
One leaf of a wide ribbon is needed for the base of a small flower bud.
Lubricate the bud and insert it into the middle of the green blank.

Glue the large flower and buds, greasing only one edge of them so that they are at an angle. We add leaves and stamens to the composition at our discretion.
