How to cook a cake in the microwave in 5 minutes without milk
I really love various baked goods, but I’m not ready to spend 3 hours in the kitchen preparing one dish. That’s why I want to introduce you to such a simple and delicious recipe. And most importantly, in just 5 minutes you will get a real, delicious dessert for tea.
Why did I decide to make a cupcake without milk? Firstly, when I once decided to treat myself to something delicious, it simply wasn’t on hand. Therefore, I modified the recipe to suit myself.
Secondly, I didn’t see any difference at all, with or without milk. Therefore, there is no need to translate the product.
Be sure to try this recipe in a hurry, I’m sure you will be delighted with the taste of the cupcake.
1. Place the butter in a dry, clean glass plate and put it in the microwave for 30-50 seconds; it must be completely melted.
2.Break an egg into the bowl where I will knead the dough.
3. Add granulated sugar. Beat until light foam forms.
4. Pour in melted butter.
5. Add baking powder, you can replace it with a couple of pinches of soda (just don’t extinguish it with vinegar). I stir.
6. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
7. I choose a dry glass cup and grease the inside well with vegetable oil. I spread the dough.
8. I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes, the power is maximum.
9. As you can see, the cake has risen very well; if you have tall glasses, it is better to cook in them.
10. Thanks to the oil, it comes out of the mug very well. The result is soft, tender and airy dough. Bon appetit.
To add new flavors, you can add cinnamon, vanillin, or whatever. All this is mixed together with flour. Experiment!
