The process of making sandblasting from a gas cylinder
First of all, unscrew the valve of the gas cylinder. Instead, you need to screw in the tube, having previously cut a thread on it. Through it we will pour sand into the balloon. You can close the tube with a regular plumbing plug.
We drill a hole in the side and cut a thread in it.
A nipple is screwed into it, onto which the tee is screwed.
We screw a regular ball valve into the tee. Then a pressure reducing valve with a pressure gauge is connected to it. Air from the compressor will be supplied directly through the latter.
A hole is visible in the bottom of the container.
A tee is also connected to it using a nipple.
Hose fittings are screwed into the open outlets of the tees. After this, you need to connect the upper and lower tees with a hose.
The air-sand mixture supply hose is connected to the open fitting at the bottom of the cylinder. Wheels and a leg are welded to the bottom of the cylinder.
A ball valve with a tip is installed on the sand supply hose. After this, you can fill in the sifted sand.
The filler neck is then closed with a plug.
Before turning on the compressor, all taps must be closed. When the receiver is full, open the first tap on the cylinder. As a result, air will fill the sandblast.
Sand is supplied when the tap on the hose is opened.
