Bread in the microwave in 7 minutes
This recipe for PP bread will not hurt anyone who, for various reasons, denies themselves the pleasure of eating baked goods made from wheat or rye flour. Rice flour will be used here, which, by the way, does not contain gluten. And no yeast or starter culture.
This rice flour bread can be eaten (in small quantities, of course) during diets. Moreover, it is suitable for forming sandwiches and as an addition to main courses.
Preparing this bread takes literally a few minutes and a minimum of effort. You just need to mix the ingredients and briefly send the workpiece to the microwave oven. By the way, one container will be enough for all manipulations.

Ingredients:
- 40 g whole grain rice flour;
- 40 ml. kefir;
- 1 egg (C1);
- 2 pinches of salt;
- 2 pinches of baking soda;
- a third of a teaspoon of baking powder;
- a little dried basil (to taste);
- a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
It is permissible to use milk or water instead of kefir when preparing such bread.As a tasty and aromatic addition, it would not be superfluous to add to the list of ingredients, for example, dried garlic and/or dill, paprika (in flakes or ground spice) and/or turmeric, herbes de Provence and/or fried onions.

How to cook PP bread in the microwave:
Take small heat-resistant dishes (approximately about 250 ml capacity) that are suitable for use in a microwave oven. This can be a bowl (glass, ceramic or porcelain) or a glass. Combine kefir with egg and spices (salt and basil) and shake thoroughly. Use a fork or whisk to mix the ingredients.
Pour rice flour into the resulting liquid mass along with baking soda and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. In principle, you can get by with just baking powder or, on the contrary, take only a few pinches of soda.
Add vegetable oil to the mixture.
You should end up with a fairly liquid consistency. That's how it should be. If the dough is made thick, the bread will turn out very tough. Place the bowl with the workpiece in the microwave, setting the power to 750 W. Don't forget to cover it with a microwave oven lid. Set the time to 4.5-5 minutes. If you want to speed up the cooking process, increase the power of the unit and, accordingly, reduce the set time. For example, at 900 W. Baking such a flour product will take no more than three minutes.
Immediately remove the finished bread from the dish and place it on dry napkins or on a wire rack.
If you wish, you can cut it into slices without waiting for it to cool.
