We take 500 grams of ripe zucchini and, using an ordinary fork, make shallow grooves along their entire surface and cut off the stalks. We cut the zucchini lengthwise with a kitchen knife and divide the halves into not very wide parts in the transverse direction with a curly knife for cutting vegetables.
We transfer the cut zucchini into a deep cup for ease of filling into a plastic bag, after placing in it half a tablespoon of table salt, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of starch.
