A liter jar of pickles usually leaves about 200-250 ml of brine. In this case, 250 ml.

Then measure out the remaining ingredients:
- - 400 grams of flour;
- - 80 grams of sugar;

When all ingredients (flour, vegetable oil, soda, sugar, vanillin and brine) have been measured,
you can start cooking.
Additional accessories you will need:

This is a special baking paper with the addition of silicone. Such paper does not need to be lubricated with anything; nothing will stick to it. You can buy such paper in any mass market. If there is no such paper, then the baking sheet must be greased with any kind of oil.
Step-by-step recipe for making brine cookies
It's time to start making cookies.
Pour brine and vegetable oil into any container, add soda and sugar. Mix everything with a mixer.
Then gradually add flour in portions, while simultaneously mixing all the ingredients with a mixer.
Knead the dough until it becomes sticky.
There should be some flour left from the measured amount.
Remove the mixer, add the remaining flour to the container, and manually knead the dough until it forms a single lump.
The whole process takes literally a few minutes.
Then transfer the dough to a table sprinkled with flour.
Roll out a layer 0.7-1 cm thick. You can roll out all the dough at once, or you can separate half of it first. Whichever is convenient for you.
And then cut out cookies using cookie cutters on the rolled out dough.
And place them on a baking sheet.
Each cookie can be sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon. In this case, sugar is used.
Now the baking sheet can be placed in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-25 minutes. The time depends on the quality of the oven.
After the specified time, the cookies are ready. You can put it on the table and try it.
