Churros - a quick dessert made from the simplest ingredients

Finally, I'll be making a Spanish choux pastry dessert called churros. All I had to do was buy a cooking bag; the old one, unfortunately, wouldn’t last long.

Honestly, churros are a very tasty dessert. In addition, its preparation does not require expensive ingredients, and it does not take much time. There is no need to measure the temperature of the dough or oil, except for a spatula, two pans and a cooking bag with a nozzle, nothing else is needed.

Ingredients

To prepare the choux pastry we take:
  • 2 eggs;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 150 g flour;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • 130 ml water;
  • oil for frying.

Step-by-step recipe for making churros

1. Dissolve butter and sugar in water.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

2. Turn off the heat, add flour, mix the mass thoroughly.

3. Let the dough cool a little.

4. Add eggs one at a time.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Place the dough in a piping bag and squeeze the dough into a pan with heated oil.

Fry until golden brown.Place the churros on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

6. Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar.

A delicious treat is ready.
