Lamp manufacturing process
The first step is to make the base of the lamp. To do this, take a section of profile pipe 30 cm long. You need to make two identical cutouts in it, as in the photo. We also cut off three walls of the pipe at the edges to form a plug from the remaining one.
The edges of the resulting workpiece are folded in order to cover its ends. After this, the base is cleaned, since we will paint it later.
On the whole side of the workpiece, opposite the prepared windows, two holes with a diameter of 8 mm are drilled.
Then you need to make two U-shaped brackets from a thin strip. They will serve as brackets for mounting lamps. To facilitate the process, they can be drilled at the bend.
Now we take two M8 bolts with a cylindrical head and drill them through. It is important not to damage the thread.
Next, we take two tin cans with carefully cut off lids, and drill them from the sides for U-shaped brackets. Drill an 8 mm hole in the center of the bottom of the cans.
We fasten the cans to the brackets with thin bolts. The latter can then be placed on the pipe using the drilled bolts.
If everything is in order, then we disassemble the lamp back and paint it.
After the paint has dried, we finally assemble the lamp. Then we insert the wires through the drilled bolts into the cans, install the sockets, and wide LED lamps.
Now all that remains is to screw the lamp onto the wall or ceiling.
