No-bake orange marmalade

Orange marmalade is a natural dessert made from affordable products that can easily be prepared at home. Ingredients

To prepare natural and aromatic homemade marmalade, you need to prepare the following products:

  • sugar - 100 g;
  • orange zest - 1/2 tsp;
  • gelatin - 35 g;
  • orange juice - 400 ml;
  • citric acid - optional.

Preparing marmalade:

1. First you need to squeeze the juice out of fresh oranges. Pour half the juice over the gelatin grains and leave the mixture to swell for about ten minutes.

2. Mix the second part of the juice in a saucepan with sugar. Add a little citric acid to taste. Bring the mixture of juice and sugar to a boil, and then immediately remove from heat.

Combine with the mixture of juice and gelatin, mix thoroughly until all gelatin particles dissolve.

3. Pour the marmalade preparation into any mold. Refrigerate the dessert for several hours.

4. Cut the marmalades into arbitrary pieces. Roll each piece in regular granulated sugar or in coconut flakes.

5. Serve orange marmalade with tea or other drinks.
