Egg pancake soup
I remember the taste of this soup from childhood. This first dish is very quick and easy to prepare. The main thing that makes the soup unusual is that egg pancakes are added to it instead of cereal.
Ingredients:
- half a rooster
- 2 chicken eggs,
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot,
- 4 potatoes
Making Egg Pancake Soup
Fill the domestic rooster with water, add salt and put it on the fire.
Boil the meat for fifty minutes. Then add peeled and chopped vegetables to it.
Beat the egg in a bowl, adding salt.
Pour the resulting egg into the frying pan. Fry the pancake.
Roll the resulting egg pancake and cut into strips.
When the meat and vegetables are ready, add the pancake pieces.
Chicken and egg pancake soup is ready!
